Crosswize is Odin’s follow up to their Sidewize shoot ’em up, also published by Firebird.

A traditional horizontal scrolling shoot 'em up, Crosswize is a simple case of frenetic blasting, avoiding collisions and collecting pick ups.

The storyline doesn't matter one jot, but suffice to say that a planet needs saving!

As you progress through the levels, you fly over houses and factories before entering the enemy's lair.

The two player mode allows two players to take alternate turns at blasting everything in sight.

This is a slick and very tough arcade shoot 'em up. One hit will reduce your lives, and you only have three.
