Cargo is a Commodore 64 arcade game from Duck Soft that states an allegiance to Firebird circa mid-1988.

It has recently come to light that the game was allegedly coded by Simon Nicol and Stavros Fasoulas (yes, the very same coder who went on to write some impressive arcade games on the Commodore 64 for Thalamus). Frank Gasking’s Games That Weren’t 64 contains a few more details.

By the looks of the game that is available on the web, Cargo would have been a budget title published on the Silverbird label. Chances are it was submitted but rejected so technically it’s not really a ‘Lost’ title at all.
